I swear I posted about Jay already, but now I can't find it. Basically, ... it was similar to what Ron said. Jay was obviously making an effort to rephrase his opinions using the "I" statements, per Bob's recommendation, yet Bob blocked him anyway!
To Jay, please know that I noticed your efforts to put your opinion in acceptable words.
To Bob, ... um, maybe you could show an example of what kind of wording would be acceptable? Obviously Jay needed more clarification, and I'd like to understand too.
