It's nothing against you or the site, which, overall, are nice. But I don't want to one day become Maryland's poet laureate and find that my name and bearded lady's name are linked! : )>

Because your clause is so broad, it makes it okay for you to take my poetry or Kid A's poetry and put someone else's (or even your own) name on it. It gives you permission to take our poems and put them into your own book of poetry under your own name.

Frankly, I doubt that it would hold up in court. It would be easy to prove authorship, and even though your rules say you can do with our words what you wish, I don't think you really can, legally, do ANYTHING you wish.

Yes, it would help if you'd more clearly define the perameters of your use--and also write something that protects us, as well. The best-written contracts are those that look out for the interest of both parties.
