Another idea that I have would for there to be a [period of hearing]. This would be a , perhaps, 3-day period where the accused has a right to defend against the accusation before any expulsion is made to the poster. The posting would stop untill the issue is adjudicated. Sort of like a prliminary hearing with a Grand Jury.
