Dr. Bob,
At one point I was surprised that a Google search on my name turned up the one post I signed with my full first and last name a couple of years ago, giving anyone in the world the key to my identity (and then some!).
Would you be willing to delete that one post? I don't really care if anyone here knows who I am and how to get ahold of me -- in fact, I explicitly give you permission to give my email address to anyone who has a credible reason to write to me off-forum -- but the world outside of Psycho-Babble still stygmatizes mental illness to a great extent, and there ARE people I would prefer not link me to my posts, especially if those people are mentioned (by name or working relationship, for instance) in what I have written.
Which brings me to the second question -- why is Psycho-Babble searchable by Google?
Is it just me, or are we in a relatively quiet period on the board right now, free of huge emotional flame-wars? Everyone seems peaceful and loving, supportive and kind. This is good.
Appreciatively,
Mark H.
