Astaxanthin is supposed to be the strongist antioxidant, and hence anti-inflammatory out there. People can actually feel the physical difference. It's 1000 times more powerful than Vit C, and over 400 x than vitamin e. I imagine it is likely very good for us with mental illness, because of the huge anti-inflammatory effect. I am ordering a bottle on Friday, payday.
