Interesting, that sertraline was one the only one of all the antidepressants to be shown to be pro-inflammatory. Sertraline actually reminds me more of a cross between amphetamine and an antipsychotic. It does have stronger than most SSRI Dopamine reuptake properties, but the SRI part of the drug may counter-act? I dunno...
