A first in N. America...the Cdn province of BC was granted a request to the Federal Gov't to decriminalize ALL drugs. The limit is 3.5 grams on each person.
The Federal gov't is expected to follow through with a nationalwide similar allowance within the next year! So...come on up to Canada folks, and tune in, drop out!!
