Nortriptyline?

Nortriptyline is a metabolite of amitriptyline with very little anticholinergic activity. I currently take 100 mg/day. It is the best of the TCAs that I taken. I've been on just about all of them. Actually, as I reflect backwards, I have been on ALL of the

Nardil (phenelzine) - 60 mg/day
Nortriptyline - 100 mg/day
Lamotrigine - 300 mg/day
lithium - 300 mg/day
