Seroquel, Zyprexa and intense exercise

Posted by Lamdage22 on May 9, 2022, at 13:06:32

I am having a hard time following my 3 days a week strength training regimen for several weeks. I also try to get more daily steps. I easily feel strung out. Ontop of that, I cant sleep for about 6 hours after a strength workout. Are Seroquel and Zyprexa very bad for exercise performance? All I have seen are studies that call for further studies. They say it may be a problem.

I have to add that from 2012 to 2019, I spent ALOT of time horizontally. So probably during that time my body detrained like crazy. Luckily the trend is towards spending more time vertically.

Anyone know anything about that?

Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 22.5mg
Lithium 225mg
Metformin 2000mg
Orthomolecular
