Not quite. 400 mg. The idea was to initiate it so that the clozapine could be reduced. I don't know why they think I need these high doses. I take 350 mg of clozapine. I have no psychotic symptoms, and that would tend to indicate that the dose is excessive.

Yes, it and amisulpride; maybe others. Flupenthixol is antidepressive, but the mechanism of this action is unknown.

It was more potent than methylphenidate when I first tried it, and free from the noradrenergic side effects, but complete tolerance developed quickly.
