I got the Moderna shot and no heart problems. My resting pulse actually decreased because I do some endurance work now. I stopped lifting weights for 4 days. On the fifth day, I worked out again. I think that young people tend to tolerate the vaccine well and then think they can work out the day after the vaccine and that is why myocarditis risk. But not sure.
