> the past 3 days, i've been on wire, im awake and alert but dysphoria and not able to sit down and enjoy anything. I'll just pace around, with all this wire anxiety. So, i know about magnesium, i've taken it before, so after i took gabapentin, it had little effect, gabapentin is suppost to slightly increase GABA levels. Well, i think i got tolerant to it. So i took, 2 maximum strength magnesiums, i am much calmer and less sting anxiety. Magnesium defieciancy could be a reason, the past 3 days, it's a mixture of depression and anxiety, so your alert but your depressed at the same time, doing little activies because low mood.
