since last october when i got pulled off nuvigil and diazepam, it has been a hard hit to take, i want to fire my doctor i may do that....anyways i've taking b6 and for reason it does seem to help depression, if you google b6 it converts foods, and supplements into serotonin. b12 seems to be an antidepressant fix, but everytime i take b vitamens they make irrtible later at night. Not sure why, it could just be placebo and have nothing to do with them. I'll get frozen and in a really bad mood....have no intrest to google or listen to music, just a bad irrtible mood. Anyways but i wanted b12 has some antidepressant properties, b6 converts food and supplementst serotonin, but watch out for b6 - if you ttake moroe than 500mg there is risk of nerve damage. Maximum to take of b6 should be 250mg to prevent risk of nerve damage. They both have a small antidepressant effect, but it's mostly giving you energy, and there is proability they can cause irrtibility. But b12 shots are a good remedy for depression and low energy
