> LinkadgeI wonder about the mirtazapine... it is an antagonist at alpha2-adrenoceptors. Meanwhile, guanfacine (Intuniv, Tenex) is an *agonist* at these receptors, improves working memory, and is used for ADHD. In other words, mirtazapine may be anti-cognitive, especially if you have ADHD.
I've read that vortioxetine (Brintellix, Trintellix) and lurasidone (Latuda) are pro-cognitive. In fact, I've read this about low-dose lithium as well.
