I am not sufficiently informed to know.

I will say this, though. It seems that almost every herbal substance is touted as being a weak MAOI. I don't believe that there is any significant in vivo MAO inhibition involved with most of these substances. The only herbal substance that is a true MAOI is harmaline / harmine. It is a fairly strong RIMA (reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase - type A). I would not want to mix harmaline with a SRI.
