Brintellix more prone to psychosis thanother SSRI?

Hey i have the above question.
I am seeing my pdoc tomorrow. I have kind of a crisis.
supposedly schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
Metformin 2425mg
Effexor 37.5mg
