Does anyone on other MAOIs like Nardil/Parnate still dream?I do. This is unfortunate, perhaps. I no longer respond to MAOIs as well as I once did. Years ago, Parnate 60 mg/day would completely suppress dreaming. Now, I continue to dream at 120 mg/day.
If you are not experiencing significant dizziness, you should consider going to Marplan 40 mg/day or higher if necessary. Some doctors use the presence of orthostatic hypotension (10% or greater decrease in diastolic blood pressure upon standing) as a guide.
Is there any reason why you are reluctant to increase the dosage of Marplan?
