Thanks Ed. I have OCD/depression so I don't think I would need a high dose of Saphris. I am on 5mgs of Zyprexa which is pretty low I think. Yes I take plenty of meds:

60mg buspar
150mg zoloft
400mg lamictal
1mg klonopin
30mg mirtazapine
5mg zyprexa

My pdoc said metformin is great for zyprexa weight gain. Never had too much of a problem with mirtazapine weight gain but funnily enough buspar has caused weight gain (sweet tooth) which is an uncommon side effect I hear. Perhaps the metformin could help that too or just zyprexa? Thanks for responding,
