Combo Question

I'm currently taking sertraline 25mg. I've successfully combined it with nortriptyline 50mg before, but I gained weight. What would be a suitable substitute for the nortriptyline? I'm thinking bupropion or methylephenidate or maybe even both. Also Vyvanse may be a good add on..
Any suggestions?
