I'm in frigid northern Minnesota. Below zero for the last 3 months.

Emsam is one of the best AD's out there. Many people are having miraculous responses. Stimulant properties kick in on the first dose where its metabolized into a form of amphetamine. It's well tolerated at the 18 mg dose, but it made me tired. Maybe it was the lack of sleep? Older posts here say the serotonin effects kick in at higher doses. Perhaps a low dose of Trazodone will help with sleep?
