I am currently taking 7 medications. Since raising my dosage of Parnate to 100 mg/day, I have broken through a plateau that I had been stuck at for over a year. However, I would say that I am still less than 50% improved, which is not where I need to be to return to work. I might get to where I need to go without making any changes, but I am willing to revisit Latuda and Saphris to see if we are missing anything that would accelerate and optimize my therapeutic response. Otherwise, my pattern of recovery is not too different from Robert M. Post's sawtooth depiction of that for severe chronic depression (patient communication).
Currently:
Parnate 100 mg/day
nortriptyline 150 mg/day
Lamictal 200 mg/day
Abilify 10 mg/day
lithium 450 mg/day
minocylcine 200 mg/day
prazosin 25 mg/day
