Is it just me or I have more panic attacks in summer time? I feel more anxious at summer, being outside is almost impossible especially if its sunny, hot and humid... My heart rate increase automatically, im dizzy, feel very hot especially my skin and my head, i dont sweat and after 5 minutes i have to run inside the house...
It's my third summer I feel that way, before, summer was the best time for me, the more sun and hot weather we had and the better I was, now I feel only ok inside my house with the air conditionning to the maximum force!!! Well, central air conditioning so the whole house is keep cool at 72...
In fact I feel like my head is overheating all the time and the only way to reduce that bad sensation is by applying 1 cold compress on my head especially the temper area and 1 cold compress on my neck... I have them most of the time on my head, carry them with me when I go out of the house for a Doc appointment since I can't go anywhere else... I have a big reserve of cold compress in the freezer...
And the no sweating at daytime is horrible... At night I often wake up all sweat...That's weird... Also I have difficulty to breath when it's hot and it's not linked to asthma or cigarette smoking since in winter I can breath very well... also my hands are clammy, both hands are red with white spots on them, all heart related symptoms are worse when its hot especially the jaw pain, teeth pain (ok maybe not from my heart?), numbness of the left arm, tachycardia, chronic pain in the left side of my chest like someone is sit on me, sensation of being in a dream who lead to more panic, muscles pain especially the legs, no energy at all and the list goes on...
Why more anxiety at summer? Alone to feel that way?
