Dexedrine to Vyvanse dosage conversion?

Does anyone know where I might find information to help my doctor learn how to convert the dosage of Dexedrine Spansules to Vyvanse? Experiences?

I'm on 30mg of Dexedrine Spansules, although it seems like less than when I took 10mg 3x/day of Dexedrine immediate release tablets. Anyone else notice this?
