I have tried many things to correct this problem and I found two solutions: add Mirtazapine or Viibryd. Mirtazapine can enhance sex drive and Viibryd is a 5ht1a partial agonist-5ht1a receptors govern sex drive and can increase it.

I did not find mirtazapine very effective for Anafranil's anorgasmia. What dose did you use?
I'm still thinking of throwing in Wellbutrin.
Or I've read that over time the anorgasmia gets better on its own...don't know about that but hopefully it does.-Ikaros
