I hear Public Mental Health

Really. I do. The no benzos under any circumstances rule kinda sucks, but other than that...awesome. They're professional, they're courteous, they've even got me hooked up with vocational rehab. Vocational rehab is talking about some sort of computer training to get me situated in a good job eventually. Awesome, right?
Plus, they deal with severe cases. And they at least pay lip service to the Recovery Model, which is more than I can say for the private practice shrinks I've seen, where therapeutic nihilism seems to reign supreme.
So I'm pleased. I'm also looking forward to doing more with vocational rehab.
