Do you take your abilify in the morning?

I'll share my own advice from my pdoc. I, too, have been struggling with early awakenings.

One strategy was to take an ambien upon retiring if needed. Then to take one upon at early wake up. Since it seems to wear off so quickly for me, I did not feel drugged like I did with Lunesta.

There is also sonata which I took for early awakening. It pooped. I'd be awake and 'happy'.

Right now I am using tenazepam, but it really works no better for me than the 2x nightly ambien.....

I wonder what others' experiences are.

Good luck.

I dig a pony.
