I have a friend that suffers from fatigue and depression that went the testosterone route. He was a little on the low end of the scale and is now near the top. His fatigue and depression came back after a few months.
I would wonder what supplementing with such a hormone would do to your own production of it. Seems risky in the long term.
Mirapex is a pretty potent dopamine agonist. Supposedly, some people on it have had issues with 'sleep attacks' and addictive behaviors. My doc wont touch it, but many do use it for augmenting antidepressants.
I wonder what happens in the long term with meds that raise the levels of monoamines.. does your brain adapt to the higher levels over time? Does this essentially make you dependent on meds?
I wonder if I should look into something like tianeptine.
