What do you mean above about the doc thinking that "if I do it"? Are you speaking about ect or rTMS?

The doctor I spoke with said improvement can be slow but steady. Some maintenance med is required in the majority of cases but not all. And that people go for maintenance rTMS every so often.

How often per week are you going?

Do you have a therapeutic alliance in place for when the sessions are over?
