yes that's totally correct, my bad. Now that I think of it a few times when I've been feeling weary I've stopped and asked myself "do I really need to take a Ritalin now?" which is very alien to me since all the other meds I've been on require you take them daily.

Interestingly I went through a period of hyper-focused working. I'd be able to concentrate on a problem (I'm a software engineer) for several hours straight, and not leave work until I'd solved it or it was crazy-late and my wife was bugging me to come home! That phase has passed now. All I do is feel less tired and just don't seem to drop off any more. Pretty much all I need I think.


Treatment Resistant depression, anxiety, OCD: 13 years
IBS-C & GERD: 8 years
Current meds: 90mg Nardil, 300mg Zantac, 20mg Prilosec
