I am a fan of that amazing plant. The problem is, while it is almost always anti-inflammatory and anti-depression, in my case it was the opposite. I've made three diffferent attempts at it.

>Ever heard of Amla? It's the most poten natural plant source of vitamin C. Himalaya makes a good one, I've been meaning to contact them to find out how much vitamin C is in it.
I'll check it out.

I hope it's as good.I take Jorrowil. Working my way up in dosage. Its primary purpose is to speed up collagen repair and generation, in conjunction with some other supplements. This is important in Lyme. I've heard there are other benefits for healthy people.

> What other supplements have you tried? For joints? For brain fog?For joints, nothing. Advil. Vicodin rocks, but geez I think I could get addicted, so I rarely ever take it. Great for an emergency in depression or pain, it just works. For brain fog I tried modafinil, adrafinil, ritalin, adderal. Ritalin felt fairly ok, more energy, less brain fog, better mood. The others felt bad. I didn't want the stimulant addiction route. I haven't really tried any of the brain fog plants. I have some Huperzine not yet tried.

> Is exercise a part of your regimen? My clinical picture showed hypoadrenalism a couple years ago, so it has been and continues a slow recovery which is normal for that. Hard exercise is kept to a minimum. I get a lot on my job anyway. Recommended are non-impact exercises such as stretch bands or weights.
