I experienced remission at 75 mg at one point, so neither I nor my psychiatrist at the time thought that it would be necessary to increase the dose to 90 mg. I also experienced intolerable back pain when I was taking 75 mg of Pfizer's Nardil, and that prompted me to lower my dose to 60 mg. Increasing the dose to 90 mg probably would have made the back pain worse.

Diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, depressive type. Currently taking 5 mg Abilify, 12.5 mg Lamictal, 2.25 mg Hydergine, and three supplements.
