Hi Doug, I tend to avoid most all soy products mostly on hearsay, These are the restrictions I follow written by Elizabeth, who was a long term poster to Babble back in the old days. Read some of her stuff, the lady was a guru. I've been on Nardil for over a decade. I have not done specific research on soy, just because it is something I can do without. I have used protein powders in the past with no trouble, I think they contained soy.
