When will this WB wear off? :(

OK. Day two of the increase of Wellbutrin SR from 150mg in the a.m. to adding 150 in the pm "at lunch" per my doc. I took it around 2pm today, and I'm still wide open at 12:00am. I'm hoping this will wear off. I've taken a klonopin in hopes it will dull this edge. Will it wear off? anxiety girl here and this is NOT helping and the wee hours are the worst...if i could just know i would settle down soon...?
