I don't think that works on me anymore. For instance, I usually sleep 12-13 hours at home and I'm dog-sitting now for my aunt and only getting about 8 hours and my depression is worse (now due to life circumstances, but it was worse even before that). I've had times where I only slept about 4 hours and still didn't feel any better. Do you remember that thread about reactive vs. non-reactive depression? I wonder if sleep is just one more thing that some people are reactive to while others are not?
