Hy everybody,
The Anafranil/Wellbutrin combo doesnt sound to work for me....Even from my first day when adding W.(150mg/day) to Clomipramine(also 150/mg day) Ive felt that all the good parts of my treatment are falling down.Increased anxiety, restlessness, jittery. All the side effects of Anafranil, combined with Wellbutrin's anxiety are too much for me to handle.Feels like W. abolish completely the serotonergic part of A.Also i feel that i need some norepinephrine/dopamine boost to Anafranil, because the desmethylclomipramine metabolite, which works on norepinephrine is too weak to give a punch and to manage my anhedonia/lack of interest.I dont wanna give up on Anafranil, so one logic move, i think, is to add 25 mg of Ludiomil (maprotiline - TCA, NE reuptake inhibitor, similar to Desipramine) and see what happens, if I can take the doubled side effects, because Maprotiline is also anticholinergic and weak antihistaminergic. If it doesn't work maybe i'll try Mirapex, Requip, nortriptyline.
I'm also on 400 mg lithium and 2 mg Klonopin.

Any ideas ?

All the best
