Feel like screaming!

Ok - I love Pristiq, but can't take the awful, painful gas, bloating and stomach noises. It is truly painful.
Switched over to 30 mg.Cymbalta and it helps the depression, but I sometimes feel like people around me are talking too loud and I might just scream! What is up with that? My husband thinks I need more Cymbalta (60mg.).
Cymbalta doesn't bother my sex drive which is good and doesn't cause the stomach upset. But I can't be having fits of rage. Am I getting too much serotonin? SSRIs make me hypomanic.
I take Seroquel at night, but no other "mood stabilizer during the day with Cymbalta.
If I stay with Cymbalta do I need a mood stabilizer? I can't just lose it and start screaming.
