On top on top of that throw in daytime somnolence from the Nardil where I fall asleep at my desk even when I've slept well and you have a recipe called "frikkin' knackered all the time".

I am currently avoiding all liquids 2 hours before going to bed, which helps a bit (still awoke 5 times last night). I went to the GP yesterday to eliminate other causes and he found nothing untoward.

Snoring and exhaustion are often symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea where your airway closes during sleep. People with this often report Nocturia too. If it is OSA I don't know whether Nardil could have made this worse or not. If the Nardil caused weight gain that certainly could make OSA worse or the timing could be a coincidence. Tell your GP about the loud snoring, falling asleep at your desk and the nocturia all at the same time - that should prompt him to consider sleep apnea.
