Well i dont know the exact pharmocology of it off hand other then it does affect dopamine,i can say it is a mild stimulant, which can anti depressant effects, and probuably concentration effects.

Ritalin however is also used in low doses as a anti depressant as well,so due the the differance in exact method of action youd prob want to try both ,and i dont mean togther.

Fyi google OLMIFON it is a stimulant, actualy closely related to modfanil, has been out on the marked outside the U.S for a LONG TIME used from everthing from depression,to adhd,to fatique, etc. Its legal at this time to posesses i checked on that....however its quietly in a clinical trial with the U.S and most believe if its approved it will take on a different trade name then olmifon of course,no longer be allowed to legally purchase into the country, and the price would change from the orignal olmifon being dirt cheap (30 bucks) to the U.S version costing over 200 dollers.

If you want a good stimulant,i recomend at least reading on it,again google OLMIFON,wikipedia would be best.Good luck
