I too get obsessive about dosing times, proportions, whether to eat with food, how long to leave before taking other meds/vitamins. It's driven for me by the fact that I have some very good days that I sail through and I have some truly miserable days where my OCD and anxiety kicks my *ss. I often feel that the factors listed above have a real effect on that.
Thanks for the post, I will give 3x a day a go. Bit nervous about trying it since the last time (perhaps co-incidentally) I changed my dosing schedule, I crashed for 4 days quite spectacularly.
