Yes! It was very helpful for depression, motivation, and cognitive clarity. Pretty cool.

Downsides that I was willing to accept: my face would get hot and I had nightmares.

The reason I stopped: elevated liver enzymes.

I think it's worth a try. It took a few weeks to kick in, so be patient.
