Paranoia: no
Anger: Never on the Australian version. When I took the "new" American version of Nardil, I noticed some slight anger from time to time. I became extremely angry on the last batch of American Nardil that I received, and as a result, I stopped taking the medication. That was three years ago and before I started to experience psychotic symptoms.
