Strange you think it could have been coincidental? Do you get nightmares as I do too often lately. I also have anxiety disorder and valium is what I take at bedtime. Since you were on the generic I don't feel it's the med the namebrand is stronger from experience. Love Phillipa I do hope you can get some sleep.
