Intrusive OCD thoughts?

Hi,
I have OCD and the hardest thing for me is OCD intrusive thoughts. I also know they are the hardest to treat with meds.
Has anyone with OCD intrusive thouhgts had any luck with any meds? If so what meds? and what dosage?
