Did you have strict dietary restrictions? Did the insomnia go away? I'm not crazy about sleep meds. Why are you not still taking it? Any other bad reactions?
I was on Zoloft alone for years. I think I can handle just about any antidepressant despite my bipolar. I'm a weird case. I have been destabilized by mood stabilizers as much as antidepressants.
