I've had vivid hypnagogic events upon waking but I didn't actually find them completely frightening, they were sort of curious. The NE effects works against me now though, but at the time it was actually interesting. Sorry it didn't work.

I stopped taking it for that reason. I'm only taking 12.5 Seroquel and it works well, as I said, but lethargy and motivation go out the window for me.

12.5mg is an extremely low dose of Seroquel, non-clinical and just antihistaminic basically.

Maybe if I added and AD, but I'm afraid of hypomania. What a mess. I'll be getting some Trazodone today, so I can compare the two.

Trazodone is one that can be gotten "used to", say at 25-50mg, and then having to go up to as high as 150 before having to chase the cycle again, but that is just my experience. Its not critical, you can back down and readjust.

Personally of the three I found Trazodone to be the 'yuckiest' to go to sleep by, I don't know...

I think its a good idea to already be in bed because there's a chance one could be still in distance of the fridge and I recall it can cause such cravings, not to mention unpleasant lightheadedness.
