Then again, BPD is sometimes conceived as on the BP spectrum. Aw, heck, wish I had a good answer.
Mixed States are hell. Sounds like you experience them on some level. What are you taking for it? You should somehow find a way to eliminate them for the most part. You must have some form of BP. Supposedly, I'm Bipolar I because I have experienced a major mixed state that could only be stopped by medication like Depakote. It's so weird, no one that has known me would have ever thought I was Bipolar I, including my therapist who has a phd and does forensic work for the local police. I think bipolar develops into worse cases of bipolar if the person does not protect themselves and do all of the right things. I don't get that euphoric sh*t where you don't sleep for a week or two and you don't know what the f*ck your doing. I have been hypomanic though. Feelin real good with very little sleep. But I always needed to catch up on sleep the next night. Unless I was drinking my *ss off, at least when I was younger. Bipolar is very complicated. I was just wondering what other's experiences were and how they were being treated for it. Thanks for your input.
