It's good, humane..... compared to other psych drugs.
The only worry is the liver enzyme thing, which could perhaps be best dealt with by keeping the dose as low as possible, under 25mg/d?
I chewed it once....an acrid more than bitter taste, so the liver thing was not such a surprise.
Mainly it improves sleep quality and has a clarifying effect on mental function. In that sense it feels a little like a smart drug.
