Nardil users usualy have trouble getting it kick start, seems when it finaly does you get the reward.

As for parnate, ill tell you now with the way its built, not debating if its been reformualted which i believe, this are things to consider,

Try to get brand parnate,
If you can,try to move up fast in dosage, statying on a low ineffective dose of parnate unlike other meds usualy doesent lead to accumaltion and relieaf, instead a higher dose is needed.

Also almost always parnate needs a aurment, whether its a benzo to aid in social enhancment or over stimulation,...or a stimulant to add a more anti depressive touch.......or a mood stablizer with either of the abbove, but parnate is good as a play in a good hand so to speak, llike having a ace.

Best parnate combo will be

1 high enough dose, not to high though
2 addes sage stimulant to provide more of a kick
3 a benzo, usualy klono or xanax,to provide more social benifit and provide anxiety relieaf also
4 low low dose mood stablizer to keep some form of balance
5 a sleep aid to treat insomnia

good luck
