I used to take provigil for fatigue. I stopped b/c it didn't make a noticable difference. On the up side though, I didn't notice any side effects.

I don't think weight loss is a typical side effect. I certainly didn't have any.

What other meds do you take so that you need an anti-fatigue med? Is it possible to alter or cut down on any of those?
