I'm sure someone mentioned VERY recently in another thread that they were on an MAOI and were also taking a little Remeron at night.

I'd have thought it could push your norepinephrine to potentially dangerous levels though.

Also, if you believe the marketing blurb for Remeron serotonin syndrome might be a concern, but the evidence that it boosts serotonin is dubious:
